Return policy

Returns of Goods:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items within 30 days after delivery in their original condition (please include the tracking number). Once the goods are received, the purchase price will be refunded. All returns must be registered through our customer service.

I have received a defective item:

If you have received a defective item, please immediately contact our support team and provide the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Which item is damaged
  • A description
  • Photo evidence

If your package was damaged during delivery, please take a photo and send it directly to our customer service. All claims for damaged packages must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. Without proof from a member of our support team, we cannot offer a refund, credit, or replacement.

I have received the wrong item:

If you accidentally received the wrong item, please immediately contact our support team and provide us with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the item you did not receive
  • The name of the item you received
  • A photo of the received item

Exchange:

Unfortunately, we cannot offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order for the desired item.

For defective products:

If the product is defective, damaged during transport, or otherwise faulty, there are no return shipping costs.

If I want to return the item(s):

If you have purchased the wrong product, the product doesn't fit, or you no longer wish to keep it, the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping costs and is responsible for providing proof of return.

Direct Shipping from Supplier – Customer Pays Return Shipping Costs:

Our products are shipped directly from our supplier in China to you. This allows us to offer you the best prices. Please note that return shipping costs in the case of a return will be borne by the customer.

Cancellation Policy:

Please note that orders cannot be canceled as they are processed automatically around the clock and prepared for shipment. However, if you no longer wish to keep the goods, you can of course return them after receiving them.
